- 3. Report the issue: If you consistently get poor results on a specific site, please use the 'Report Bug' button in your dashboard.
Login or Authentication Issues
- 1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies for our website.
- 2. Ensure you are using the correct login method (Google or Email/Password).
- 3. If you forgot your password, use the 'Forgot Password' link on the sign-in page.
- 4. Contact support if you are still unable to log in.
Pro Features Not Activated After Subscribing
- 1. Log out and log back in: This will refresh your session and subscription status.
- 2. Check your subscription status in the 'Billing' section of your dashboard.
- 3. It can take up to 5 minutes for the payment to be processed and your status to be updated.
